At Meyer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, including all tags and hardware, to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
